Welcome to Elevated Spaces! We strive to provide a pleasant and memorable experience for all our guests. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay.
- Booking Requirements
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation.
- A valid ID is required at the time of booking.
- The person making the booking must be present during the stay.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- Self check-in is available with a keypad. The door code will be provided prior to your arrival.
- Maximum Occupancy
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
- Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the occupancy limit specified for the property.
- Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet (maximum of 2 pets).
- Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring pets and pay the pet fee before the trip.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage to the property.
- House Rules
- No smoking is allowed inside the property.
- No parties or events are permitted.
- Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect, keeping noise to a minimum and being considerate of neighbors.
- Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
- Safety and Security
- The property is equipped with exterior security cameras (Ring Security devices) that face the front outdoor entry and driveway. These cameras are activated by motion and do not look into any interior spaces.
- Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers are installed for guests' safety. Please familiarize yourself with their locations and operation.
- A first aid kit is available on the property.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance
- The property will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay and dispose of trash properly.
- If any maintenance issues arise, please notify us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
- Amenities and Services
- Free WiFi is provided.
- The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
- Linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided.
- Guests have access to the enclosed 'dog park' and other outdoor amenities.
- Liability
- Elevated Spaces is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to use the provided safe for their valuables.
- Cancellation Policy
- Please refer to the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
